IglooThermal™ Duct Panels are used for revolutionary way of making duct systems. Our duct systems consist of phenolic resin foam as a core material which is sandwiched between a high strength, reinforced aluminum foil or coloured steel. IglooThermal™ duct systems consist of our patented, noncombustible material which gives off no smoke or poisonous gas when exposed to fire. It's bending strength reaches over 1Mpa and the thermal conductivity index is 0.020w/mk. The phenolic foam can be fabricated into all kinds of rectangular (bended) ducts by cutting and connecting using adhesives. It can then be assembled into the air ducts of different specifications by using the patented fire-proof flanges and adhesive. IglooThermal™ Duct Panels are widely used for the ventilation systems of central air conditioning units in hotels, apartments, hospitals, office buildings and other builds.
