Introduction of Product
The Igloo Thermal™ numerical controlled cutting machine is a programmable CNC cutting machine which cuts sponge blocks, PU Blocks, and Phenolic foam blocks of different density. Our in house built machines produces high precision cuts for regular shape blocks as well as irregular shapes. The technician who operators the cutting machine will be able to draw the desired graphics and specs by using the digital control system which then operates the mechanical function to cut the foam blocks.

The laminating conveyor is used for
the laminating and the shaping of the sandwich panel. This machine
adopts the driving structure of drag chain. The chain is made of
fine aluminum alloy and is 18m long. The moving speed is 3-8m/min
and is controlled by frequency conversion. If the customers want

The Control System
The machine is controlled by a computer running Windows XP operating
system and CAXA drawing software. It is easy to operate the machine,
because the computer has a Graphic Operating Interface and 2D designing
system. The designing system can convert Vector Graphics like DWG
and DXF then into executable programs which save a lot of time and programming.
The G-format processing procedures of international standards which
facilitates the converting of the program. The machines main control
unit which is imported from Japan has the function of remote control
(optional)that can avoid the contamination of the equipment.
